New Student Registration

Registration for NEW incoming students entering grades 3, 4 or 5:

Call the School Counselor, at 926-8708 for an appointment.  

Registration packets available prior to an appointment

You will need to bring your child, proof of residence, a copy of the child’s birth certificate, proof of immunizations, a current physical examination form and any legal documentation ( if appropriate).
